What does Jamison Software Solutions do?
We build websites for small local businesses and nonprofits around St. Louis,
and we make those sites easy for people and AI assistants to find. Most of the
work is a website build, optional AI search visibility (AEO), and hosting to
keep the site running after launch.
What does a website cost?
Three fixed prices. Basic is $500 for up to 5 pages. Professional is $1,000 for
8 to 12 pages with forms, service pages, and a basic blog. Enterprise is $2,000
for 15 or more pages with a full service catalog, team pages, booking, and AI
search visibility included. The services page lists what each tier includes.
What is an AEO audit, and what does it cost?
An AEO audit is a one-time review of how your business shows up in AI assistants
and search, with a prioritized roadmap, a 10 to 15 page report, and a 30-minute
call. It is $400 on its own, or $250 to add implementation to a website build.
Standalone implementation on a site you already have runs $600 to $1,000 by scope.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes, and it is optional and month to month. Basic is $50 a month, Professional
is $100, and Concierge is $200. Every plan covers SSL, uptime monitoring, security
patching, backups, and DNS. The higher plans add included edit hours, faster
response, and strategy work. You can cancel on 30 days notice.
How do payments work?
For a build, half is due to start and half on delivery before the site goes live.
The deposit covers the work already done and is not refundable once we begin.
Hosting is billed monthly in advance.
Will I own what you build?
Yes. The finished site, the code, and the domain are yours once the project is
paid in full. If our work ends, nothing of yours gets held hostage and nothing
stops working because you canceled a plan.
Do you guarantee I will rank or get cited by AI?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. AI assistants and search engines are run
by other companies and change often. We implement recognized best practices, but
no one can promise a ranking, traffic, or an AI citation.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of changes on Basic and Professional, three on Enterprise. A round is
one consolidated set of feedback. Extra rounds or out-of-scope work are billed at
$75 an hour, agreed in writing first.
Do you offer a nonprofit discount?
Yes. Qualified 501(c)(3) and faith-based nonprofits get 15% off builds and hosting
with proof of status.
How do I get started?
Use the form on the contact page and pick the service you are interested in. We
read every message ourselves and usually reply within two business days. From
there we talk through scope, you approve it, and a 50% deposit starts the work.
Is there any work you won't take?
Yes. We don’t build for cryptocurrency or NFTs, multi-level marketing, adult
content, firearms sales, or businesses under active regulatory action. If you are
not sure your business fits, send a note and we will be honest about whether we
are a match.
Where are you based?
St. Louis, Missouri. We work with businesses across the metro, and we like to
start in person when we can.
